2010-2011 Registration Information

DAHA REGISTRATION

Fees: (Bring two checks)
$90 Fundraising Calendar Fee per player (max of $180 per family)
DAHA Fees range from $25-$100 and are dependent on players level. (No charge for first year players.)

All players MUST register at www.usahockey.com prior to DAHA registration.
Click on Players and then Online Registration.
Players will pay $10 MN Hockey fee and $30 USA Hockey fee at this time with a credit card.(Mites born in 2004 and after are exempt from these fees, but must still register online.)
Bring your printed Registration Confirmation to one of DAHA's scheduled registration dates.
